Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Controls Engineer to join our Rotational Program at Lear Corporation. As part of this program, you will be exposed to our diverse engineering environment, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of our processes and operations. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of teams, including product design and engineering, process design and engineering, and the manufacturing team.To be successful in this role, you must possess a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. You should be knowledgeable in the fundamentals of electrical and controls engineering, as well as have experience with programming languages such as C, C++, and Java. We are looking for someone who is a creative problem solver who can take initiative and show a strong commitment to our organization. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to interact effectively with various stakeholders. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
