Job Description

Lear is looking for a Power BI developer to join our talented project team in building our modern data analytics platform for our business users. Your primary focus as a Power BI developer will be collaborating on the design and development of modern dashboards and visualizations using data from a cloud data warehouse environment (Snowflake). Developing reports and dashboards using Power BI based on industry and company standards and best practices. Effectively translating business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, while creating high performance visualizations that meet strategic and tactical business requirements. Working daily within a project team environment, taking direction from project management and technical leaders. Championing development, deployment, and production support.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of production level experience working with data, business intelligence toolsets and Microsoft Power BI development.

  • Manufacturing or automotive experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies.

  • Ability to read Data Flow Diagrams, Conceptual and Physical Models.
