Lear Corporation is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Designer, Seat Comfort, Thermal Comfort Systems to join our Thermal Comfort Systems team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for product design and innovation, an eye for detail, and an understanding of engineering principles to create comfortable and reliable seating solutions.The Product Designer, Seat Comfort, Thermal Comfort Systems will have a hands-on role in developing and executing innovative seat comfort and thermal comfort solutions for automotive seating systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of engineering, design and product development professionals to create solutions that meet customer expectations and industry standards.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in product design and development. A portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving and knowledge of current trends is preferred. The candidate must possess excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
