- Inspect assembled components for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before being released for further production.
- Monitor production equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any production issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Meet production quotas and goals set by the company.
- Continuously improve production processes and suggest ideas for efficiency and cost-saving measures.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
- Operate and maintain production equipment according to company guidelines.
- Assist with training new team members as needed.

Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings: As A Production Assembly Team Member, One Must Be Able To Read And Understand Technical Drawings And Diagrams. This Is Essential For Assembling Various Components Accurately And Efficiently.
Proficiency In Using Hand And Power Tools: The Job Of A Production Assembly Team Member Involves Using Various Hand And Power Tools To Assemble Parts. A Candidate With Experience And Proficiency In Using These Tools Will Be Preferred For The Job.
