Job Description

Welcome to Lear Corporation, a leading automotive seating and electrical systems supplier. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Coach to join our team. As a Production Coach, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our production processes. We are searching for someone who is a natural leader, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong background in production management.   1. Lead and manage a team of production workers to ensure efficiency and productivity in all production processes.
  2. Monitor and track production targets and make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed goals.
  3. Train and mentor production team members on proper production techniques and processes.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clear understanding of expectations and goals.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and smooth production flow.
  7. Develop and implement training programs to continuously improve production processes and techniques.
  8. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  9. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for production needs.
  10. Analyze production data and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and development plans for team members.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production techniques and technologies.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and procedures.
  14. Foster a positive and motivating work environment to encourage team members and promote teamwork.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure team members do the same.
