  • Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes

  • Experience In Manufacturing Or Production Environment: A Production Team Member Must Have Experience Working In A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Or Production Environment. This Includes Knowledge Of Production Processes, Safety Protocols, And Quality Control Standards.

  • Ability To Operate Machinery And Equipment: Lear Corporation Uses Various Types Of Machinery And Equipment In Their Production Processes. A Production Team Member Should Have Experience Operating These Machines And Be Able To Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Physical Stamina And Strength: This Job Requires Standing For Long Periods Of Time And Performing Physically Demanding Tasks Such As Lifting, Bending, And Carrying Heavy Objects. Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.
