- Provide high-quality care for research animals: The Comparative Medicine Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional care to all research animals, including daily health checks, proper feeding and housing, and administering medications as needed.
- Ensure compliance with animal welfare regulations: It is the responsibility of the Comparative Medicine Technician to ensure that all animal care and use procedures are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records: The Technician will be responsible for maintaining detailed and accurate records of all animal care and use activities, including health records, breeding records, and experimental procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Animal Science, Biology, Or A Related Field

Strong Understanding Of Animal Welfare Regulations And Guidelines, Including Iacuc Protocols
