  1. Oversee and manage all creative projects for Legacy Health, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all creative projects.
  3. Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  5. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  6. Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks or issues, addressing them promptly to keep projects on track.
  7. Ensure all projects adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
  8. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and creative processes.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to encourage creativity and innovation.
  11. Communicate project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders.
  12. Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  13. Manage project budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to leadership.
  14. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  15. Act as a liaison between creative team members and other departments within the organization.
  16. Continuously seek ways to improve project management processes and workflows.
  17. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed expectations.
  18. Actively participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate new and innovative ideas for projects.
  19. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  20. Uphold Legacy Health's values and mission in all interactions and work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Marketing, Communications, Or Project Management.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Creative Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Creative Projects, From Conception To Completion, Within A Fast-Paced And Deadline-Driven Environment.

  • Proficient In Project Management Tools And Software, Such As Asana Or Trello, As Well As Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite.
