We are looking for an experienced and passionate Health Educator – Prenatal Education to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Public Health, or a related field, as well as experience in providing prenatal education. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for improving public health, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of pregnant women and their families in the community by providing prenatal education and resources. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive prenatal education services for pregnant women and their families in the community.
  2. Conduct assessments of patient needs and develop individualized education plans as necessary.
  3. Lead group prenatal classes and provide one-on-one education sessions to patients.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals from various disciplines to ensure quality care for patients.
  5. Research and identify resources for pregnant women and their families.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and governmental agencies to ensure access to the best resources.
  7. Develop and implement outreach and marketing strategies to promote the availability of prenatal education services.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of prenatal education services and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Maintain accurate records of all prenatal services provided.
  10. Provide support to patients and families during the prenatal education process.
