Legacy Health seeks an experienced and motivated Phlebotomy Lab Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities: • Collect blood samples from patients according to established phlebotomy techniques and protocols • Process blood samples in a timely and accurate manner • Ensure laboratory results are accurate and compliant with safety regulations • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals • Maintain accurate records and documentation • Follow established protocols and procedures for specimen collection, processing, and storage • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed • Assist with other lab duties as needed

Job Qualifications
