Medical Assistant

In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care and administrative support to the healthcare team. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and check-in patients, verify patient health insurance, and collect and process payments.
2. Assist physicians and other healthcare providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures.
3. Administer medications and injections as directed.
4. Take and record patient vital signs.
5. Prepare and maintain patient medical records.
6. Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments and tests.
7. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient charts.
8. Educate patients and their families about treatments, medications, and other healthcare topics.
9. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
10. Monitor medical supplies and order new supplies as needed.
