Job Description

Legacy Health is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Lead to join our growing Retail Pharmacy team. The Pharmacist Lead will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality patient care and safety in the provision of prescription medications. This role requires a Pharmacist with the ability to work collaboratively with the Pharmacy team, other healthcare providers, and patients to ensure excellence in the delivery of pharmacy services.To be successful in this role, you must have a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) from an accredited college of pharmacy and be licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Oregon. You should have at least two years of experience working as a Pharmacist in a retail setting, where you have demonstrated strong leadership and decision-making skills. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team setting. Responsibilities:
