Managing Trademark Attorney

We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Managing Trademark Attorney to join our LegalZoom team and help us protect our customers’ intellectual property. This person should be passionate about their work and have a strong understanding of trademark law and related legal disciplines. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can effectively manage a team and provide sound legal advice to our customers.To be successful in this role, you must have a law degree from an accredited US law school and be admitted to the bar in at least one US jurisdiction. You must also have 5+ years of experience in trademark law, including experience in trademark prosecution, opinion work, and litigation. A background in IP licensing, copyright, and/or patent law is a plus.
