The SMCM is a storyteller that must deliver a wide range of content catering to each alumnus on an individual level. Creating channel-specific, social media content strategy in collaboration with OSUAA staff designed to increase alumni engagement, with an ultimate goal of increasing donor spend, frequency, and retention. Leading execution of social content, including conducting weekly production and editorial meetings. Ensuring all social content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print, etc. Executing channel specific social content to compliment all campaigns and content series
Two years of experience working in social media
Experience creating videos for digital platforms
