Job Description

The Digital Marketing Assistant is responsible for the content management and maintenance of in-house eCommerce websites. Manages all website content and related layouts utilizing user-experience best practices. Plans and implements changes, enhancements, additions, and/or deletions to websites as needed, ensuring little disruption to users. Proactively monitors and manages functionality of websites, and troubleshoots issues with the website hosting company. Troubleshoots web browser, and mobile device, compatibility issues. Identifies consumer training opportunities and provides technical support to users. Identifies and recommends improvements to the websites, as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Two (2) years of experience in related role preferred

  • Some technical support and troubleshooting skills a plus

  • Basic understanding of SEO/marketing techniques and practices

  • General understanding of web application development processes (from layout/user interface to relational database structures)
