  1. Greet and welcome potential home buyers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients.
  3. Guide and educate clients through the home buying process, including explaining available options and features.
  4. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' preferences and requirements.
  5. Conduct tours of model homes and communities, highlighting key features and benefits.
  6. Effectively communicate pricing, financing options, and incentives available for each home.
  7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for promoting new homes.
  8. Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitive landscape to help drive sales.
  9. Utilize strong closing techniques to secure new home sales.
  10. Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  11. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding the status of their home purchase.
  12. Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up with leads.
  13. Attend training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of Lennar's products and services.
  14. Represent Lennar in a professional manner at all times, both in person and through written and electronic communication.
  15. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
