1. Provide exceptional customer service to potential homebuyers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist in the sales process by conducting tours of model homes and explaining the features and benefits of each home.
3. Develop a deep understanding of Lennar's homes, communities, and processes in order to effectively communicate this information to potential buyers.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and follow up with potential buyers.
5. Participate in training and development programs to gain knowledge and skills necessary for success in the role.
6. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, appointments, and sales.
