
Benefits Analyst
Maintain US and Canada benefits content on the HR Knowledge Base, including process documentation and specific HRSC knowledge repository. Responsible for second-level participant benefits escalations and preparation of second-level appeal responses. Create and manage project plan for US and Canada Annual Enrollment. Support M&A activity as needed. Support HR teams in developing and updating US and Canada benefits content for New Employee Orientation. Overall responsibility for benefits administration for all Lenovo entities as required. Responsible for Savings Plan and Health Savings Account funding and processing vendor invoices. Manage select benefits vendors.
2+ years benefits administration experience
Understanding of payroll transactions, file feeds and error resolution
