
Inside Channel Account Manager
We are searching for an experienced Inside Channel Account Manager to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of the team, the Inside Channel Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing best-in-class support to our channel partners. The ideal candidate must possess a strong technical background, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to think strategically and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Lenovo's channel partners to promote sales and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Design and implement incentive programs to motivate channel partners and maximize sales.
- Monitor market trends and assess customer needs to provide solutions that will increase customer loyalty and sales.
- Track and report on channel partner performance and communicate results to senior management.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and activities to drive channel partner sales.
- Provide technical support to channel partners in order to ensure a successful customer experience.
- Assist with product training and education for channel partners.
- Identify and develop relationships with new channel partners.
- Make recommendations to improve customer service and sales processes.
