Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Inside Channel Account Manager to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of the team, the Inside Channel Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing best-in-class support to our channel partners. The ideal candidate must possess a strong technical background, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to think strategically and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with Lenovo's channel partners to promote sales and customer satisfaction.
  2. Analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  3. Design and implement incentive programs to motivate channel partners and maximize sales.
  4. Monitor market trends and assess customer needs to provide solutions that will increase customer loyalty and sales.
  5. Track and report on channel partner performance and communicate results to senior management.
  6. Develop and implement marketing plans and activities to drive channel partner sales.
  7. Provide technical support to channel partners in order to ensure a successful customer experience.
  8. Assist with product training and education for channel partners.
  9. Identify and develop relationships with new channel partners.
  10. Make recommendations to improve customer service and sales processes.
