  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives for the public sector segment in alignment with overall business objectives.
  2. Lead a team to create impactful marketing campaigns that effectively target and engage public sector customers.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges within the public sector market.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of the public sector market, including customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and channel teams, to ensure alignment and maximize impact of marketing initiatives.
  6. Create and manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and provide regular reporting on campaign performance and overall segment growth.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  9. Manage and oversee the production of marketing collateral, including digital content, print materials, and event materials.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Serve as a brand ambassador for Lenovo, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows.
  12. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
  13. Collaborate with global marketing teams to leverage best practices and align on global marketing initiatives.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Lenovo's values and standards at all times.
  15. Monitor and report on industry and regulatory changes that may impact the public sector market and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
