Head of School
The Head of School oversees the campus administrative team, academic staff, Montessori program, operations and the financials involved in daily school operations and overall profitability. You will observe in classrooms, as well as your campus community as a whole, to best understand the pulse of your school. You should have an excellent understanding of the governing agency and organizational rules and always exercise discretion and independent judgment to run your campus. Best practices should be continuously identified to implement at your school and share with your leadership peer group during weekly meetings. Your overall goal is to ensure that all students and staff are supported in a safe and nurturing environment with the resources to provide an exceptional
Montessori Training (AMI preferred)
Classroom Experience (3+ years)
Substantive leadership / management experience (school leadership experience strongly preferred)
Passion for the Montessori philosophy of education, actively pursued and nurtured
Ability to work with other campus leaders, management, & administration to implement policies & procedures
