Job Description

Our Merchandising Supervisors are vital to helping us foster this atmosphere and create the best possible shopping experiences for our customers.We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Merchandising Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. The Merchandising Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising process and ensuring that all products are displayed appropriately.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in merchandising, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with a diverse group of customers and staff. A knowledge of fashion trends and product knowledge will be highly beneficial, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the merchandising process and ensure that all products are displayed appropriately.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
  3. Develop strong working relationships with customers and staff.
  4. Communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  5. Maintain accurate inventory records.
  6. Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales.
  7. Monitor and manage store inventory levels.
  8. Ensure store displays and merchandise are properly maintained and arranged.
  9. Analyze sales data and develop strategies to promote sales.
  10. Monitor store performance and take appropriate action to ensure goals are met.
