Sales Stylist

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Stylist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to our customers and ensuring that the store is presented to the highest standard. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with a passion for fashion and an eye for detail.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail sector. You will also need to have a good understanding of current fashion trends and be able to confidently advise customers on product selection. Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience to all customers
• Ensure store is presented to the highest standard
• Confidently advise customers on product selection
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends
• Build and nurture relationships with customers
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate availability of merchandise
• Ensure the store is kept clean and tidy
• Assist with creating store displays
• Assist with store operations and daily tasks
• Handle customer complaints and returns in an efficient manner
• Assist with the training of new staff members
