Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Stylist to join the Levi Strauss & Co. team! As a Sales Stylist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for meeting sales goals, product knowledge, and helping customers find the perfect fit.The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for fashion and be able to demonstrate exemplary customer service and sales skills. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, friendly, and professional. You must possess a strong knowledge of current fashion trends and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. In addition, you must be comfortable with using technology, such as iPads and POS systems. If you are an energetic individual with a love for fashion and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and create memorable shopping experiences for customers.
  2. Meet sales goals and ensure product knowledge.
  3. Assist customers in finding the perfect fit.
  4. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends.
  5. Work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Utilize iPads and POS systems.
  7. Demonstrate enthusiasm, friendliness, and professionalism.
  8. Maintain a positive attitude and make customers feel welcome.
  9. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
