Accounts Receivable Compliance Analyst

Responsible for recording payments to customers account based on remittance documentation. Apply payments from deposit received via checks, credit card and automated clearing house (ach)/wire transaction timely and accurately on daily basis. Analyze allowance/expense record and report to direct supervisor for validity. File and maintain daily deposits records from bank website and maintaining cash application records. Analyze and compare account receivable target with actual result to identify reason of gap. Perform AR Balance confirmation with customer and analyze its response rate as well as response type. Follow up to clear unapplied payment by researching account record and working with collection team. Assist and support special project assigned to team as needed base.
