Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, as well as a minimum of five years of business planning experience. The Business Planning Manager must be able to analyze complex data and develop detailed plans, strategies, and solutions that will help drive the organization forward. Additionally, the successful candidate will need to be a great communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data and develop detailed business plans, strategies, and solutions that will drive the organization forward • Develop and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management • Monitor and analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities • Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure successful execution of business plans • Track key metrics and performance indicators to ensure progress towards organizational goals • Develop and maintain relationships with external clients and stakeholders • Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures • Develop and implement process improvements and other initiatives to increase efficiencies • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful completion of tasks and projects
