
Claims Coordinator
At LG Electronics, we are looking for a Claims Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Claims Department. The ideal candidate for this role must be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This individual should have a strong attention to detail, be a problem solver, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team setting. The successful candidate should have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of experience in a customer service or office support role. The preferred candidate should also have experience working with multiple computer systems and databases. Responsibilities:
- Handle customer claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and manage customer claims to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and investigate customer complaints.
- Maintain customer records and organize files in a secure and confidential manner.
- Liaise with third party vendors to ensure customer claims are processed properly.
- Provide administrative support to the Claims Department.
- Utilize computer systems and databases to process claims and generate reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
