
QA Technician - Customer Service
At LG Electronics, we are looking for a highly motivated and talented Quality Assurance (QA) Technician with strong customer service skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing quality assurance for customer service operations.You should have a passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience. A good understanding of customer service principles and practices is a must, as well as excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can work independently and as part of a team.The ideal candidate should have at least a year of experience in a customer service role, a strong working knowledge of customer service software, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You should be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
