Develop company health and safety programs and policies and manage programs that ensure safe working conditions. Conduct training informing employees of company health and safety plans and promoting safe practices Maintain record of all training provided to associates. Work directly with all associates to ensure compliance with safety and site-specific regulations Coordination with other departments such as production, maintenance, and material. Implement and educate associates on a zero accident culture at workplace. Identify improvement needed and provide solutions for safety programs. Conduct and investigate all safety issues and incident and provide recommendation for correction action. Conduct audits of policies and procedures for all safety programs in the factory.
