Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Consultant, Advanced Analytics-Employee Listening and help us shape the future of our employee listening strategy. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in advanced analytics to gather and analyze data from employee feedback surveys and provide actionable insights to drive organizational improvement and employee engagement. We are seeking a driven and experienced professional with a strong background in advanced analytics and a passion for making a positive impact on employee experience.   1. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze employee feedback data and identify patterns and trends.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive employee listening strategy to gather feedback and insights from employees.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations for improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  4. Present findings and insights to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee listening and advanced analytics to continuously improve and evolve the strategy.
  6. Lead and manage the end-to-end process of collecting, analyzing, and reporting employee feedback data.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the employee listening strategy and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  9. Train and educate team members and colleagues on advanced analytics techniques and tools.
  10. Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for analyzing employee feedback data.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data is collected and stored in a secure and compliant manner.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on employee listening and advanced analytics, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
  13. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the employee listening strategy.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Data Science, Statistics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Analytics, Preferably In Employee Listening Or Hr Analytics

  • Strong Knowledge Of Statistical Modeling Techniques And Data Visualization Tools

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders

  • Experience Working With Large And Complex Datasets, As Well As Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, Or R.
