  1. Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within our technology systems.
  2. Review and assess existing security policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security strategies and protocols.
  4. Monitor and analyze network activity and security logs to detect and respond to potential security threats.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
  6. Work closely with IT teams to ensure proper implementation and maintenance of security controls.
  7. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses in our systems.
  8. Assist in the development of training materials and conduct security awareness training for employees.
  9. Create and maintain documentation of audit findings and recommendations for remediation.
  10. Participate in incident response and forensic investigations as needed.
  11. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of cybersecurity efforts.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
  14. Act as a liaison between the cybersecurity team and other departments within the company.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Cybersecurity Principles And Best Practices, Including Network Security, Data Protection, And Risk Assessment.

  • Familiarity With Technology: The Intern Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Various Technologies And Tools Used In The Field Of Cybersecurity, Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Vulnerability Scanners.

  • Analytical Skills: The Intern Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Be Able To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Vulnerabilities In Liberty Mutual's Systems And Processes.
