  1. Conduct thorough and accurate inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of damages.
  2. Use expertise in the automotive industry to accurately assess damages and provide fair appraisals.
  3. Evaluate repair costs and determine the appropriate amount for insurance coverage.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers to explain the appraisal process and answer any questions or concerns.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
  6. Maintain organized and detailed records of inspections, appraisals, and repair estimates.
  7. Work independently to complete appraisals within designated timeframes and meet performance goals.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather necessary information and ensure timely resolution of claims.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in repair techniques to accurately assess damages and costs.
  10. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and uphold its values and standards.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with all regulations and laws related to auto damage appraisal.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of service.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all customer data in accordance with company policies.
  14. Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to auto damage appraisal.
  15. Provide support and assistance to team members as needed, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Automotive Technology Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In The Automotive Industry Is Essential For A Field Auto Damage Appraiser, As It Provides A Solid Foundation Of Knowledge And Understanding Of Vehicle Mechanics And Repair Processes.

  • Prior Experience In Automotive Repair Or Appraisal: Liberty Mutual Insurance Requires A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Automotive Repair Industry Or In Auto Damage Appraisal. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of Vehicle Damage Assessment And Repair Costs.
