Human Resources Internship

Our Human Resources Internship program gives you the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and expand your mind in the world of HR. You’ll work individually—or as part of a team—to build your critical knowledge and skills across a wide array of HR concentrations, including compensation, employee relations, recruiting, talent management, and training and development. This is a fantastic way to experience Liberty Mutual as a potential employer. Upon completion of a successful internship, you may be considered for a full-time position in our Human Resource Development Program.
