  1. Serve as the first point of contact for Liberty Mutual Insurance customers, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  2. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
  3. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of insurance policies and coverage options to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  4. Proactively identify and address customer needs, offering solutions and recommendations to ensure they have the appropriate coverage for their unique situations.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  6. Continuously develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Liberty Mutual Insurance products and services.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies to better serve customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure compliance and protect customer privacy.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  11. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by actively promoting teamwork and upholding company values.
  12. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings and sales targets.
  13. Represent Liberty Mutual Insurance in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Communications, Or A Related Field

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Insurance Industry

  • Active State Insurance License Or Ability To Obtain One Within First 6 Months Of Employment

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Abilities, With A Focus On Providing Exceptional Customer Service
