Meeting Planner

Manages multiple event programs simultaneously, leading cross-functional teams through the planning process of complex programs. Monitors support planners’ quality of work and hold the internal MMES team accountable for delivering a high level of customer service to our business partners and attendees. Prepares and maintains complex, detailed program budgets with accurate oversight of contingency dollars using established financial mgmt tools and templates for financial tracking. Knowledgeable about registration, housing, F&B, A/V, room sets and can advise on appropriate agenda format. Designs F&B functions to reflect guest traffic and service flow while considering audience profile to drive decisions. Manages planning team and vendors onsite. Ensures quality of services delivered and an extremely high level of customer service is provided to attendees.
