  1. Plan and execute high-quality events that align with Liberty Mutual's brand and values.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand event objectives and develop event concepts and strategies.
  3. Create detailed event timelines and budgets, ensuring all aspects of the event are well planned and executed within established deadlines and financial constraints.
  4. Source and manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee event logistics.
  5. Develop creative event concepts and themes that engage and connect with clients and prospects.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to integrate event messaging and branding into event materials and promotions.
  7. Oversee and coordinate event registration processes and attendee communications.
  8. Serve as the main point of contact for event attendees and handle any event-related inquiries or issues.
  9. Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning and continuously bring new and innovative ideas to the team.
  11. Manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring events are cost-effective and within budget.
  12. Mentor and supervise junior event coordinators, providing guidance and support as needed.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event success and alignment with company goals.
  14. Represent Liberty Mutual at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our brand.
  15. Uphold the company's standards of professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Event Planning And Coordination, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Events Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders, Vendors, And Event Attendees.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Events With Budgets Over $100,000.

  • Experience In Developing And Executing Creative Event Concepts, With A Focus On Driving Engagement And Achieving Business Objectives.
