- Design and develop high-quality, engaging, and effective training materials for all levels and departments within the organization.
- Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create impactful learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content, ensuring accuracy and relevance in training materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design to continuously improve the learning and development program.
- Create and implement a variety of learning modalities, including e-learning, instructor-led training, simulations, and other interactive activities.
- Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training and make necessary revisions.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Effectively communicate and present training materials to a diverse audience, incorporating visual aids and multimedia elements.
- Provide support and guidance to junior instructional design team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing training materials to ensure they remain up-to-date and relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address learning and development needs across the organization.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company's values and mission in all interactions.
- Adhere to all instructional design standards, guidelines, and processes set by the organization.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in instructional design and related fields.
- Contribute to the overall success of the learning and development program and the organization as a whole.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In An Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Proficient In E-Learning Development Tools Such As Articulate Storyline Or Captivate.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
