In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative training materials for our employees across all levels and departments. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and a strategic mindset to our learning and development initiatives.   1. Design and develop high-quality, engaging, and effective training materials for all levels and departments within the organization.
  2. Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create impactful learning experiences.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content, ensuring accuracy and relevance in training materials.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design to continuously improve the learning and development program.
  5. Create and implement a variety of learning modalities, including e-learning, instructor-led training, simulations, and other interactive activities.
  6. Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training and make necessary revisions.
  7. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  8. Effectively communicate and present training materials to a diverse audience, incorporating visual aids and multimedia elements.
  9. Provide support and guidance to junior instructional design team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve existing training materials to ensure they remain up-to-date and relevant.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address learning and development needs across the organization.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company's values and mission in all interactions.
  13. Adhere to all instructional design standards, guidelines, and processes set by the organization.
  14. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in instructional design and related fields.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the learning and development program and the organization as a whole.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In An Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Proficient In E-Learning Development Tools Such As Articulate Storyline Or Captivate.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
