
Forensic Interview Training Associate

- Conduct training sessions on forensic interviewing techniques for professionals working with victims of abuse and trauma.
- Develop and update training materials and curriculum to ensure current and effective training methods.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address training needs and gaps.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on trauma-informed care and best practices for working with vulnerable individuals.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees during and after training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant evaluations.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the training program to meet the evolving needs of professionals and victims.
- Stay updated on current research and developments in the field of forensic interviewing and trauma-informed care.
- Represent LifeBridge Health at conferences and events related to forensic interviewing and advocacy for victims of abuse and trauma.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations to promote the training program and collaborate on initiatives.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the training program.
- Provide support and assistance to professionals working with victims of abuse and trauma through consultation and resource sharing.
Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Conducting Forensic Interviews With Children And/Or Adults.
Knowledge Of Current Best Practices And Techniques In Forensic Interviewing.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport With Diverse Populations.
Ability To Travel To Various Locations Within The Lifebridge Health Network And Potentially To Off-Site Locations For Training Seminars.
