1. Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from employees, providing prompt and accurate responses.
2. Offer exceptional customer service and support to all employees, demonstrating a caring and compassionate attitude.
3. Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
4. Utilize strong knowledge of HR operations and policies to accurately address employee questions and concerns.
5. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
6. Collaborate with various departments and team members to resolve complex HR issues and escalate as needed.
7. Act as a liaison between employees and HR department, effectively communicating and advocating for employee needs.

9. Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, accurately and in a timely manner.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR services and processes.
11. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
