- Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from employees, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Offer exceptional customer service and support to all employees, demonstrating a caring and compassionate attitude.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize strong knowledge of HR operations and policies to accurately address employee questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments and team members to resolve complex HR issues and escalate as needed.
- Act as a liaison between employees and HR department, effectively communicating and advocating for employee needs.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including completing necessary paperwork and providing guidance on company policies and benefits.
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR services and processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all team members, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the company's values of integrity, compassion, and innovation in all interactions.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Other duties as assigned by HR leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr Shared Services Or A Related Hr Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Employees At All Levels.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Employment Laws.
Demonstrated Experience With Hr Systems And Data Management, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
