
Trauma Therapist
LifeBridge Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Trauma Therapist to join our team in providing quality care to individuals and families affected by traumatic life events. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for helping others to heal, both emotionally and physically, from the impacts of trauma. The successful candidate must have a master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or related field, and licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). The Trauma Therapist will offer support to individuals and families in a safe and confidential environment and provide a comprehensive range of services, including crisis intervention, assessment, and counseling. The successful candidate will be able to identify and manage multiple co-occurring mental health and substance use issues, with a focus on trauma-informed care. Additionally, they will be able to collaborate with other interdisciplinary professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans, while ensuring that all services comply with relevant regulations. Responsibilities:
- Offer supportive services to individuals and families in a safe and confidential environment.
- Provide comprehensive range of services, including crisis intervention, assessment, and counseling.
- Identify and manage multiple co-occurring mental health and substance use issues, with a focus on trauma-informed care.
- Collaborate with other interdisciplinary professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Ensure that all services comply with relevant regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation related to each patient’s progress.
- Participate in trainings, workshops and continuing education as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention services in a crisis situation.
