
Call Center Scheduler, Access Point
LifePoint Health is currently recruiting for a full-time Call Center Scheduler, Access Point to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional who is highly organized, customer service-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.As our Call Center Scheduler, Access Point, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our call center operations. You will act as a liaison between patients and our healthcare providers, scheduling appointments, answering customer inquiries, and providing general information when needed. You will also be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting. Additionally, you must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Working knowledge of healthcare processes and patient records is a plus.
Responsibilities: • Schedule appointments, answer customer inquiries, and provide general information when needed • Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner • Monitor and maintain call center operations • Provide customer service in a call center environment • Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend improvements as needed • Maintain patient records • Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and protocols • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
