Job Description

LifePoint Health is seeking an experienced Call Center Scheduler, Access Point to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized individual who can provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.The successful candidate will have a strong background in scheduling and customer service, and a passion for delivering excellent care. Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule patient appointments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  2. Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional manner.
  3. Provide accurate, up-to-date information about available services and appointments.
  4. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Maintain patient records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
  6. Assist with the implementation of new scheduling systems and procedures.
  7. Troubleshoot customer issues related to scheduling.
  8. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.
  9. Monitor patient flow and adjust appointments as necessary.
  10. Generate reports and other documents as needed.
