
Call Center Scheduler, Access Point
LifePoint Health is seeking an experienced Call Center Scheduler, Access Point to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information about available services and appointments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain patient records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
- Assist with the implementation of new scheduling systems and procedures.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to scheduling.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor patient flow and adjust appointments as necessary.
- Generate reports and other documents as needed.
