- Provide direct patient care: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our patients. This includes assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as monitoring and reporting any changes in their condition to the nursing staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare team: CNAs will work closely with our nurses and physicians to ensure that all patient needs are met. You will be responsible for communicating any concerns or observations to the appropriate team members and assisting with patient transfers and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment: It is the responsibility of the CNA to maintain a safe and clean environment for our patients. This includes ensuring that patient rooms and common areas are tidy and well-stocked, as well as following infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illness.
- Provide emotional support: Patients and their families may be going through a difficult time, and as a CNA, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and comfort. This may include actively listening to patients, offering words of encouragement, and helping to alleviate any fears or concerns they may have.

Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Candidates For A Cna Position At Lifepoint Health Must Hold A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Program.
