Director, Strategy & Special Projects

This important role requires an individual with strong problem solving, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a passion for improving healthcare.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, as well as at least five years of experience in strategic planning, project management, and/or business development. Experience in healthcare and/or in the healthcare industry is preferred.The Director, Strategy & Special Projects will work directly with the Senior Leadership Team, providing an integral link between strategy and implementation. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies that will move LifePoint Health forward, as well as managing special projects that are essential to the organization's success. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies for the organization to promote growth and success.
2. Manage and oversee special projects to ensure successful completion.
3. Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team and all levels of the organization to ensure alignment of strategies.
4. Analyze data to identify trends and develop recommendations for improvement.
5. Monitor progress of projects and strategies to ensure that goals are achieved.
6. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
7. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful outcomes.
8. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and address issues.
9. Prepare and present reports to Senior Leadership Team.
