- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers across multiple locations.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries and support, including but not limited to benefits, payroll, and policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR systems.
- Process and track employee transactions, such as new hires, terminations, and changes to personal information.
- Assist with the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
- Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and HR team members to address and resolve concerns or issues.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the needs of the organization.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr Shared Services Or A Similar Role.
Comprehensive Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.
Proficiency In Hr Information Systems And Technology, Such As Workday Or Adp.
