  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in accordance with the facility's standards and protocols.
  2. Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians and other nurses, to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  4. Monitor and assess patient's vital signs and report any significant changes to the physician.
  5. Maintain accurate and updated patient records in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
  6. Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and disease management.
  7. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients by following infection control and safety protocols.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide a positive patient experience.
  9. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills in the field of nursing.
  10. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice and maintain patient confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Lpn License: A Lpn At Sovah Internal Medicine Danville Must Have A Current And Valid Lpn License In The State Of Virginia. This License Ensures That The Individual Has Completed The Necessary Education And Training To Provide Quality Patient Care.
