In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of our Cardiac Rehab program, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.   1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the Cardiac Rehab program, ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  3. Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the program, including scheduling, patient intake, progress monitoring, and discharge planning.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  5. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care, progress, and outcomes.
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to program staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide excellent care to patients.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and community organizations to promote the program and enhance patient care.
  9. Monitor program budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cardiac rehab to continuously improve the program.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to healthcare and patient privacy.
  12. Act as a liaison between the program and other departments within the organization, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, promoting a culture of teamwork, excellence, and patient-centered care.
  14. Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Cardiac Rehabilitation Program.

  • Knowledge Of Cardiac Rehab Protocols And Exercise Prescription For Patients With Various Cardiac Conditions.

  • Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Coordinate And Lead A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Current Certification In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls).
