
Center Manager - Durable Medical Equipment

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the DME center.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction for patients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze center performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Hire, train, and manage staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and patient care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and supplies.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to resolve any patient or operational issues.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient base and revenue.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations.
- Manage budget and expenses for the center.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for staff and patients.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In Durable Medical Equipment
Strong Knowledge Of Medicare And Other Insurance Regulations Related To Durable Medical Equipment
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Financial Targets And Driving Business Growth In A Medical Equipment Setting.
