- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities to promote Lincare Holdings and our services.
- Coordinate and facilitate the transfer of patients from hospitals to our facilities, ensuring a smooth transition of care.
- Act as a liaison between hospitals and our team, providing updates on patient status, needs, and any changes in care plans.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to gather necessary medical information and documentation for patient transfers.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide information on Lincare Holdings services and answer any questions or concerns.
- Monitor patient progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the transfer process.
- Work closely with our team to ensure timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork and documentation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to patient transfers and communication with hospitals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in healthcare policies that may impact patient care and transfer processes.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Medical Facility.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Hospital Staff And Patients.
Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
