Pharmacy Associate

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and answer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a prompt and helpful manner

• Maintain accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Maintain records of customer orders and inquiries

• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently

• Monitor inventory levels and order medical supplies as necessary

• Keep abreast of changes to pharmacy laws and regulations

• Assist in training new pharmacy associates

• Troubleshoot any customer service or operational issues that may arise
